The core of the meeting will take place on Monday, with brief presentations from each of the partners detailing past achievements, experience and ongoing work. On Tuesday the day will be split between small subgroup discussions and a relatively long bureaucratic meeting of the Steering Committee. We will meet at 9:30 to decide how to organize this.

The PROMISCE kick off meeting will be located at Centro de Física Miguel Antonio Catalán, in the central campus of CSIC. Our group webpage details how to access the campus from different locations by public transport.
The lectures and discussions take place on different rooms depending on the day.
- On Monday we will all meet at the Conference Room in Serrano 121, the Instituto de Optica Daza Valdés building, marked in yellow in the map.
- On Tuesday we will have two big rooms available, one at Serrano 121 (11 people) and one at Serrano 113b (22 people, blue), plus one or two offices also at 113b.
- From Wednesday to Friday we will be restricted to the offices and the meeting hall at Serrano 113b.
We have organized coffee breaks for Monday at the green spot of the map, a big patio at the Instituto de Estructura de la Materia (Serrano 123). Lunch will take place at the mensa/cantine/lunch room which is also located in the CSIC campus (light blue hamburger icon). However, since we do not have to make reservations, people are free to try any of the restaurants which exist around CSIC.
Conference dinner
We will meet for dinner at the Restaurante Cornucopia, where we have arranged a group menu for dinner starting at 20 euros. The menu includes some starters to share, and a main dish which may be meat, fish or a vegetarian option. Dinner will be paid on site by each participant. In order to reach the restaurant we will meet at 20:15 at Plaza de Callao, in front of the big cinema.
